Refund policy

Your satisfaction is our goal, and we do realize that sometimes you may want to return items purchased from us.

You may request a refund within fourteen (14) calendar days of receiving the physical product. Only send the product back once you have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from us.

If you return the product packaged in the original, unmarked packaging, including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product, a 30% open box fee will be applied. If the returned product is damaged or incomplete, you can expect the refund to be reduced further.

We reserve the right to make the final decision regarding any return request.

Manufacturers' Warranties

Any warranty claims are to be made directly to the manufacturer.
